Terms and Conditions
To enter you must like the competition post on Facebook or Instagram (@Walnuts.UK) and leave a comment tagging a friend.
The competition runs daily and closes as per the competition post details.
The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
There will be one winner per day. Only one entry per person will be counted within the daily draw.
Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries which we do not receive for any reason. Incomplete, incorrect or late entries will be disqualified.
No personal details will be taken from entrants, other than to confirm winners (see below).
The winners will be contacted via Facebook/Instagram and asked to verify their entry by sending their address via Direct Message within 72 hours. If any prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. This process will be repeated until all prizes have been claimed.
Prize winner details will be shared with our partner Ceres PR for fulfilment and will be stored until the prize has been fulfilled, or for 3 months, whichever is shorter. They will not be used for any other marketing purposes.
Prizes will be sent within 28 days of receiving the winners’ address details.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is open to UK residents, over 18 only.
Employees of the Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the competition.
