Share the Power of 3!
We’re excited to launch the third annual “Power of 3” global campaign which aims to increases awareness about the benefits of omega-3 and highlights how walnuts are the only tree nut that is a rich source of plant-based omega-3 ALA (2.7g/ 30g), making them an excellence source of this essential nutrient needed by the human body.
The campaign runs simultaneously throughout March across multiple continents, and will feature recipes, as well as advice, to help encourage people to include a handful of walnuts in their daily lives, through meals and snacks.
To help us #ShareThePowerof3 here in the UK this year, we have partnered with 3 great fellow food lovers, Brett Cobley, Jess and Dan from Vegan Punks and Adam from At Dads Table to bring you new recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
