Shelled Imports increase in June 2019

Shelled imports in June increased by 11.9% as the UK imported 805,728 pounds, versus 720,163 pounds in 2018.

Overall shipments to date increased by a further 22.3% over 2018 to 8.6m pounds (7m in June 2018).

June shipments means that the UK remains 4th in export volume in the EU behind Germany, Spain and the Netherlands.
