Blueberry, Tahini & California Walnut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 250 g plain yoghurt dairy-free if you like
  • 75 g California walnuts
  • 4 heaped tbsp tahini
  • 4 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 450 ml almond milk or milk of choice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend under a smoothie liquid is formed.
  • Pour into 4 glasses and drink up!
