California walnut pasta topper with fennel chilli and garlic crumb

Instructions
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water for 9 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the California walnuts into a frying pan with the chilli oil and chopped garlic.
Season with a little salt and cook on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, then remove from the heat and place on a chopping board and leave to cool.
Scatter the breadcrumbs over the walnuts and grate the cheese over the top.
Chop the walnuts and transfer into a container.
When the pasta is cooked drain and serve with the Pasta topper.
